What You’ll Do

• Own the product vision and roadmap for BetterConsult, aligned to HealthShare’s mission and commercial goals
• Lead discovery — deeply understand GPs, patients, and clinical workflows through research, data, and direct engagement
• Translate strategy into delivery — develop detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in Jira to guide the engineering and design teams
• Drive execution — maintain a healthy backlog, participate in agile ceremonies, and ensure work is ready for development
• Make data-informed decisions — use insights, metrics, and clinical context to prioritise what matters most
• Collaborate and influence — work closely with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Commercial teams, and senior leaders
• Communicate clearly — write concise product memos, articulate trade-offs, and share progress with stakeholders
• Measure success — define KPIs, track performance, and continuously refine product direction
