We’re looking for a Product Director to lead the strategy, direction, and performance of our product suite, including HealthShare Directory, BetterConsult & MyHealth1st.
This is a senior leadership role where you’ll shape product vision, build a high-performing product and design function, and drive meaningful outcomes for patients, GPs, and healthcare providers. You’ll work closely with our founders, CEO, CTO, and cross-functional leaders to bring clarity, consistency, and momentum to how we build and deliver products.

What You’ll Do
Set Product Strategy & Direction
Define and deliver a clear product vision and strategy aligned to HealthShare’s mission
Anticipate industry shifts (AI, automation, interoperability, regulation) and shape our response
Balance innovation, scalability, and commercial impact across the product portfolio
Build & Lead a High-Performing Team
Lead, coach, and develop Product Managers and Product Designers
Create a culture of ownership, strong product thinking, and outcome focus
Elevate product discovery, decision-making, and commercial acumen across the team
Lift AI fluency across the team, embedding it into discovery, problem-solving, and deliver where it adds value
Drive Execution & Delivery Excellence
Own and evolve our Agile Product Delivery framework
Ensure strong prioritisation, roadmap clarity, and delivery focus
Partner closely with Engineering to balance delivery, technical debt, and scalability
Coach and mentor team members on effective use of Jira for agile workflow and set high standards for all agile ceremonies
Maintain momentum from ideation through to delivery and impact
Embed Data & Customer Insight
Ensure data-driven decision making across the product lifecycle
Define and track key product metrics and performance indicators
Stay close to customers, including GPs, patients, and partners, to shape direction
Leverage AI initiatives to enhance data insights, personalisation and decision making
Collaborate & Influence
Act as a product evangelist internally and externally
Build strong relationships across Product, Engineering, Clinical, Sales, and Leadership
Communicate clearly on priorities, trade-offs, and progress
Desired Skills and Experience
What You’ll Bring
• 8+ years’ experience in Product Management leading Product teams
• Proven experience building and developing high-performing Product and/or Design teams
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into execution
• Deep experience working in Agile environments and leading product delivery end-to-end
• Commercial mindset with the ability to balance customer, business, and technical needs
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at all levels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
• Experience in fast-paced, scaling or startup environments
Nice to have: • Experience in healthcare, practice management, or regulated environments
• Exposure to experimentation and data-led product development
