Job Description

About the role

Our Specialist Solutions Account Managers deliver exceptional outcomes for our medical specialist clients.

You’ll manage a diverse portfolio of accounts, balancing high-value relationships with a broader group that requires efficient, responsive support. It’s a role that blends relationship management, commercial thinking, and problem solving.

You’ll be the trusted partner to your clients, helping them get real value from our solutions, driving retention, and identifying opportunities to grow their business.

What you’ll be doing

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with medical specialist clients
  • Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor
  • Own retention, renewals, and growth across your portfolio
  • Identify and convert upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Conduct regular client meetings (virtual and occasional face-to-face)
  • Deliver proactive, high-quality service and resolve client issues quickly
  • Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce) and pipeline visibility
  • Partner with internal teams (Sales, Product, Customer Success) to deliver outcomes
  • Support clients to maximise value from HealthShare solutions

Desired Skills and Experience

What you’ll bring

  • Experience in account management, customer success, sales or a client-facing role
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and a varied client portfolio
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • CRM experience (Salesforce or similar) is a plus
  • Exposure to health or tech industries is beneficial, not essential
